📋 Description Lead a portion of the Avionics Test team and own automated test systems for Terran R electronics Collaborate with hardware and software teams to create manufacturing test assets for Coach engineers and foster collaboration and high performance in test engineering 🎯 Requirements Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical/Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field 5+ years in electronics hardware simulation, automation, or test Experience owning complex test system design for motor drives, HV DC electronics, or energy storage Experience in strategic planning, design, development, debugging, and maintenance of test systems Experience with environmental/qualification testing (vibration, thermal, shock, EMI/EMC) Nice to have: Altium Designer, PCB design, sensors, embedded software for avionics, Python or 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and equity; PTO/sick leave; parental leave; learning stipend Total rewards package; compensation ranges provided; benefits overview at Relativity Space Hiring Range: $151,000 – $227,000 USD
