Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health - Full Time

📋 Description Provide home health nursing to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis in Union County, NC. Follow a designated care plan and perform duties including medication administration, wound care Monitor client conditions and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Document doctors’ orders and perform client assessments as necessary. Coordinate case management and ensure accurate documentation using a touch pad tablet. 🎯 Requirements Current North Carolina Registered Nurse license. Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Home care experience preferred but not required.
