Build scalable creative systems for on-time, on-brand work. Balance strategic oversight with hands-on craft. Scale creative teams while maintaining brand integrity. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in visual design or video editing (agency preferred). Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma; platform formats (Meta/TikTok/YouTube). Proven leadership of creatives. Strong digital marketing, content strategy, performance creative.
