📋 Description Lead end-to-end procurement across the company—parts, services, indirect goods, and strategic Develop and implement a company-wide procurement strategy aligned with objectives. Standardize policies, governance, and compliance to ensure transparency and accountability. Collaborate with executive leadership to align procurement with broader strategy. Oversee national parts strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships. Design and optimize procurement systems and workflows for scalability. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance or related field. 15+ years in procurement/supply chain with 10+ years in senior multi-location leadership. Expertise in procurement strategy, contract negotiation, vendor management, cost optimization. Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/P2P platforms and procurement systems. Experience leading scalable procurement processes and system rollouts. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation: salary range CAD 170,000 - 200,000 plus equity.
