📋 Description Own the financial-systems strategy and execution across our network of companies Design and implement ERP solutions; evaluate tools and platforms Advise leadership on technology investments; ensure each company can manage finances Hands-on, individual-contributor role with potential to grow leadership Work with finance teams and implementation partners; troubleshoot problems Build a scalable financial-systems foundation for independent operations 🎯 Requirements 7-12 years of ERP implementations or financial-systems leadership Deep hands-on Netsuite knowledge; experience with other tools Strong judgment on financial-systems architecture; evaluate trade-offs Experience evaluating technology vendors and solutions Comfortable with ambiguity and growing organizations Clear communication with finance teams, vendors, tech leaders, and executives
