📋 Description Lead design of new robot features balancing safety, reliability, and efficiency Partner with safety team to identify risks and quantify fail-operational performance Own design/implementation across HW, SW, Operations, IT, Safety, Manufacturing, Validation Create and maintain requirements and MBSE designs; decompose stakeholder input Lead triage with cross-functional stakeholders for bugs or issues 🎯 Requirements 8 years engineering experience with BS in Engineering, CS, or Physics Experience designing complex integrated HW/SW systems with full lifecycle knowledge Strong technical documentation: diagrams, requirement decomposition, presentations Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills 🎁 Benefits Base salary range with RSUs and stock options Compensation varies by location and level Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance Paid time off and other standard benefits
