Senior Principal Product Manager

📋 Description Own Horizon Support, Manage, and Store requirements across Infinia and EXAScaler engines. Define administrator and self-service experience aligned with Horizon’s priorities. Coordinate with engineering leadership to sequence delivery to meet charter targets. Collaborate with Horizon Control and Rafay-OEM interactions as needed for roadmap focus. Lead cross-engine provider matrix and PRDs for evolving capabilities. Represent Support/Manage/Store in business reviews with leadership. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of product management experience in enterprise infrastructure, storage, or cloud platform Track record of multi-product or multi-engine platform strategy translating tech strategy into Comfort operating from strategic to detailed levels, with strong written PRD-matrix capabilities. Experience with observability- or telemetry-driven products is a strong plus. Experience partnering with globally distributed engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to define support models and SLAs for enterprise infrastructure.
