📋 Description Lead and manage complex provider network strategies and contracting initiatives. Negotiate contracts with hospitals, physicians, and ancillary providers. Partner with Market Leaders to align network development with cost management goals. Mentor the provider contracting team and drive performance metrics. Collaborate with Network Monitoring & Performance to expand provider relationships and access Develop and execute contracting strategies to drive financial performance and cost control. 🎯 Requirements 12+ years in healthcare provider contracting, network development, or related areas. 7+ years negotiating complex contracts with healthcare providers. 5+ years of leadership or managerial experience in a healthcare setting. 🎁 Benefits Base pay: $178,848 – $234,738 per year.
