SFE Associate Manager

📋 Description Support leaders on initiating country level reports for strategical projects including China Blue Provide expertise and business insights on opportunities and risks, proposing optimization across Engage internal stakeholders: IBE, FIN, BC, Strategic Planning, MKT, Sales. Lead KPI design, tracking, and insights for China Blue Plan Scorecard and related initiatives. Oversee expansion/sales force deployment projects, model building, deployment and new sales Handle ad hoc analyses, data-driven solutions, and scenario tracking. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 5-8 years in data analysis and reporting in pharmaceutical or consulting sectors. Proficiency with large Excel datasets; BI experience with Power BI or QV is a plus. Strong information gathering, analytical ability, and communication skills. Experience with data flow/database management and project management.
