Depot Operations Specialist

📋 Description Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock based on thresholds. Procure stock items to ensure availability while minimizing shortages and overstock. Conduct monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Receive shipments and update ERP/POS with receiving details. Pick, stage, ship, and track customer equipment for timely delivery. Maintain documentation and collaborate across service, projects, procurement, and warehouse teams. 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma - Required 1-3 years experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or procurement - Proficiency with inventory management, ERP, POS, or ticketing systems Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
