📋 Description Lead multiple teams, ensure delivery of high-quality service, productivity, client retention, and Champion values, policies, and service standards across teams. Manage 4–6 professional teams aligned with business goals. Monitor productivity, performance metrics, and progress via reporting and data analysis. Set weekly objectives, track results, and implement improvements to hit targets. Resolve escalated service issues while maintaining client/stakeholder relationships. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in non-discrimination testing. 8+ years of supervisory or people management experience. Credentials from ASPPA or NIPA. Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRC requirements, and related regulations. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
