📋 Description Design, develop, and deliver Epic EHR training materials and e-learning content. Create and maintain curricula, user docs, job aids, and supporting materials. Configure and test Epic training environments for effective learning. Collaborate with analysts, SMEs, and leaders to gather requirements and validate content. Manage instructional design projects with timelines and milestones. Track activities and progress using LMS and project tools. 🎯 Requirements Strong instructional design experience in healthcare tech with Epic systems. Required Epic Procedural Instructional Designer (ID) certification. Experience designing training for Epic EHR, including Optime and Anesthesia workflows. Familiarity with Epic Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens modules. Ability to create engaging content: e-learning, docs, and job aids.
