Business Applications Specialist (Brazilian Portuguese Speaking)

📋 Description Provide functional and technical support for Capco's HR, Finance, and related enterprise apps. Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application issues; maintain system stability. Partner with global stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams on enhancements. Participate in implementations, configurations, and process improvements. Create and maintain system documentation and user materials. Monitor integrations and ensure efficient operation of critical platforms. 🎯 Requirements Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Experience supporting enterprise HR, Finance, ERP/HRIS environments. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, HRIS/ERP platforms, and HR/Finance systems.
