📋 Description Drive evolution of developer platforms and internal systems to boost productivity, reliability, and Shape tech strategy and roadmap for developer experience platforms (CI/CD, build systems, AI tools). Design and develop AI agents to support coding, reviews, test generation, release automation, and Build scalable developer tooling and infrastructure to improve efficiency as the organization grows. Create standardized tools and practices to improve collaboration and reduce duplication. Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams balancing innovation, reliability, and 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership or architecture roles. Strong software design and programming fundamentals. 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed systems. 4+ years leading technical projects across multiple engineering teams.
