Site Payment Specialist – Senior Associate

📋 Description Provide operational support for payment system configuration in clinical trials. Collaborate with Investigator Payments Leads and stakeholders to define payment requirements. Review contracts, budgets, amendments to extract payment details and config needs. Configure payment information in systems with sites, line items, limits, caps, and requirements. Identify whether to use automated data-driven processes or manual configurations. Escalate unclear payment information and obtain timely clarification. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years in clinical operations, payments, contracts, finance, or project support. Education in business, technical, or life sciences is preferred. Basic understanding of clinical trials and related processes. Ability to understand and work with legal, medical, and scientific terminology.
