IAM Engineer

📋 Description Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise environments. Establish governance practices and security controls; support cybersecurity strategy. Design, implement, and manage identity governance using SailPoint (Identity Security Enforce least-privilege, RBAC/ABAC, and secure access for users, services, and privileged accounts. Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and access lifecycle processes. Lead quarterly access reviews and remediation of access exceptions. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles. Hands-on experience with SailPoint and Okta administration. Strong IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged access management. Experience with secrets management (e.g., AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent). Proven ability to validate patch compliance, manage SLAs, and support remediation.
