📋 Description Executional leader embedded within a Division to drive design and motion output quality, velocity Balance strategic oversight with hands-on craft to set the benchmark for creative execution. Scale creative teams, enforce high standards, and build scalable systems for growth. Collaborate with Creative Team Lead on visual direction and business goals. Lead internal reviews and ensure brand consistency across channels and funnel stages. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in visual design and/or video editing (agency experience preferred) Fluency in Adobe CC, Figma, and platform formats (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) Leadership experience mentoring creatives Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance creative Ability to give/receive feedback quickly and clearly Passion for scalable design systems and operational creativity 🎁 Benefits Base salary paid in USD + commission opportunities Unlimited Time Off available on day one Fully flex work environment: full-remote, in-office, or hybrid Offices in Buenos Aires, Medellin, San Diego, New York, Atlanta Healthcare stipend: $50/month National Holidays + 2 Mental Health Recharge Days per year
