Associate Distribution Engineer

📋 Description Develop construction work packages for electric distribution in OH/UG/URD environments. Use Bentley OpenUtilities Design, CAD, GIS, WMS, and client systems. Perform engineering calculations (pole analysis, guying, cable pulling, demand, transformer sizing Coordinate with Substation, Protection & Controls, and Civil/Structural teams. Prepare forestry trim requests, Right-of-Way easements, and BOMs; estimate costs. Travel to project locations for field investigations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; 6+ months utility design experience. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication; willingness to do field and office work. 🎁 Benefits Engineering in Training (EIT) certification path.
