Senior Director, Assistant Controller

📋 Description Lead global accounting operations with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and scalability. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and currencies. Oversee consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting. Oversee external audits and ensure efficient audit preparation and compliance. Drive process improvements and automation across accounting operations and systems. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS/tech experience preferred. Strong US GAAP knowledge; experience with ASC 606. Experience leading accounting teams and multi-entity international organizations.
