📋 Description Own safety program for a distributed workforce and build scalable, company-wide safety controls. Identify safety gaps, incident trends, and high-priority actions; develop risk-based plans. Set the Trust & Safety roadmap, including timelines and training milestones. Create policies, escalation workflows, incident reporting, and investigation frameworks. Research and implement safety solutions (hardware tools, monitoring systems, safeguards). Develop field safety education through materials, workshops, and ongoing communications. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in trust & safety, workplace safety/EHS, risk management, or field operations. 2+ years owning programs or leading teams; track record building safety/risk functions from scratch. Experience supporting distributed, in-person, or frontline workforces. Strong knowledge of safety practices, incident management, OSHA, and workers’ comp processes. Experience with Legal/Privacy collaborations on monitoring/PII/PHI handling.
