Experience creating technical learning content in IT, infrastructure, or tech fields. Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and learning experience design. Knowledge of instructional design frameworks like backward design and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
