📋 Description Serve as a strategic finance partner to Oncology Clinical Development and Portfolio PMO. Lead data-driven planning and cross-functional alignment for portfolio decisions. Drive financial commitments and identify value drivers across R&D. Manage monthly/quarterly/ LRPs, LBE cycles and scenario planning. Provide variance analysis and senior management reporting. Mentor team members to support growing business needs. 🎯 Requirements BA/BS in Accounting, Finance or Health/Life Sciences required. 8-10+ years of progressive finance experience. Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership with executives. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions. Analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset.
