📋 Description Lead functional consulting activities for D365 CE implementations. Gather and document business requirements for CRM solutions. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design with business teams. Configure and implement Dynamics 365 CE solutions (Sales focus) per customer needs. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver end-to-end implementations. Create functional docs, process flows, user stories, and solution docs. 🎯 Requirements 7–10 years IT experience with hands-on D365 CE experience. Strong expertise in D365 CE Sales module mandatory. Experience with at least two additional CE modules (e.g., CS, Field Service, Marketing, or Project Proven end-to-end D365 CE implementation delivery. Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills.
