📋 Description Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs. Partner with leaders to identify learning gaps and create strategies. Design, develop, and maintain technical learning experiences. Translate complex concepts into accessible content. Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions. Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years designing and delivering technical training in cybersecurity. Strong background in cybersecurity concepts, security operations, detection, or related domains. Ability to create engaging learning materials and structured programs. Explain complex topics to diverse learners; balance content development with facilitation. Independent, in a fast-paced environment; evolving processes.
