Non-Linguistic Quality Control Specialist

📋 Description Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and Review formatting, terminology, data, dates, units, consistency, and compliance with instructions. Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve issues. Verify content from handwritten/source files and perform formatting checks. Manage multiple small-volume assignments with tight turnaround times. Self-assign work, document findings, report discrepancies, escalate risks. 🎯 Requirements At least 6 months QA or localization QC experience. Experience with clinical/regulatory/pharmacovigilance docs is valued. Proficiency with CAT tools: XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or similar. Experience using QA tools: Xbench, Verifika, or built-in CAT QA features. Strong MS Word Track Changes knowledge and review workflows.
