IAM Engineer

📋 Description Lead IAM governance and security controls across enterprise. Design and manage identity governance using SailPoint and Okta. Enforce least-privilege access and RBAC across users and privileged accounts. Manage joiner/mover/leaver workflows and quarterly access reviews. Maintain secrets management and secure credential rotation. Collaborate with governance and audit teams on compliance documentation. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta Deep understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege models, and privileged Experience implementing secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent). Proven ability to validate patch compliance and support remediation.
