📋 Description Own the global HRIS roadmap and governance, ensuring the HRIS is configured, maintained, and Ensure data integrity processes are set up and followed, enabling automation with AI Agents; build Consolidate, structure and oversee payroll operations across 20–30 countries and ~60 entities Build and scale a Payroll Shared Services function with defined processes, controls, and team Own the annual performance and salary review cycle: design methodology, calibrate market data Lead, coach, and grow a direct reporting team (2–3) with a roadmap to scale Shared Services teams.
