IAM Engineer

📋 Description Lead identity and access management initiatives across enterprise environments. Establish governance practices and security controls; support cybersecurity strategy. Design and maintain IAM governance frameworks and implement security policies. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in Security Engineering, IAM, Identity Governance, or related roles. Hands-on with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityIQ and Okta. Deep understanding of RBAC, ABAC, least-privilege, and privileged access management. Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or equivalent). Proven ability to validate patch compliance and coordinate remediation.
