Collaborate with Finance, GBS, IT, regional stakeholders and external partners. Shape SGS’s future operating model through a Europe-based hybrid role. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale programs. Proven success with global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion. Expertise in Finance Target Operating Model and Shared Services environments. Experience managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments. Strong governance, risk management, benefits realization and stakeholder management skills.
