📋 Description Oversee admin, optimization, and improvement of private cloud infra. Lead virtualization and storage platform operations and reliability. Act as senior technical authority for VMware, storage, and cloud. Escalation handling, incident response, and post-mortems. Mentor engineers and lead complex infra projects with cross-functional teams. Design and maintain runbooks, docs, and operational standards. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 10+ years VMware-based infra design/implementation support. 5+ years IT infra admin with leadership or management. Advanced VMware: vSphere, vSAN, HA, DRS, DR solutions. Strong storage tech: SAN/NAS, Pure Storage; DR/BCP incl VMware Site Recovery, Zerto. 3+ years automation: PowerShell/PowerCLI, Python, Terraform. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary range of $95,778.92 – $143,668.38, based on experience.
