📋 Description Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital and in-person life sciences events across the Manage end-to-end delivery of congresses, webinars, advisory boards, medical education programs Build, configure, and launch digital engagement solutions (web, mobile, portal, video, AI-powered Coordinate with customers, healthcare professionals, speakers, field teams, agencies, and internal Prepare and manage event technology setups, including engagement tracking tools, apps, devices Train faculty, field teams, and event staff; ensure participants are prepared for live experiences. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years of experience in event project management, congress planning, medical education, or Strong understanding of pharmaceutical meeting workflows, stakeholder management, and event Experience managing projects involving healthcare professionals, KOLs, medical societies, and Knowledge of pharma compliance processes, including Commercial, Medical, and Legal Review workflows. Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize deadlines, and solve operational challenges.
