📋 Description Validate Salesforce applications and ensure solutions meet business requirements. Perform manual testing within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Analyze requirements to design testing approaches. Execute test scenarios, document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams. Participate in agile ceremonies and support delivery milestones. Collaborate with developers, admins, and stakeholders to ensure quality. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years as a QA professional with Salesforce.com experience. Hands-on manual testing for Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. Experience in agile/SCRUM and estimating testing efforts. Understanding of functional and non-functional testing; web services testing a plus.
