Senior Backend Engineer, Architecture Engineering: Nonlinear Productivity

📋 Description Design, architect, and implement AI-powered backend systems to automate workflows. Identify bottlenecks across the engineering lifecycle and build automation solutions. Develop intelligent workflows using agent-based architectures and orchestration frameworks. Build evaluation frameworks for AI system performance and reliability. Collaborate across codebases and with globally distributed teams. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of professional software engineering with backend focus. Experience designing/deploying production-grade AI/agentic/LLM systems. Strong knowledge of distributed systems: consistency, concurrency, fault tolerance, scalability. Advanced Go (preferred), Rust, or Python skills across multiple languages. Experience with complex codebases and end-to-end delivery.
