📋 Description Lead and mentor a distributed engineering team, focusing on architecture, code quality, production Translate product priorities into realistic plans; manage release cycles and dependencies. Uphold engineering quality standards with testing, performance metrics, and rollback strategies. Drive technical direction by evaluating architecture, design decisions, and scalable solutions. Oversee production reliability, SLOs, monitoring, capacity planning, and security-focused ops. Proven experience delivering and operating distributed backend services in production. Strong Linux background; ability to review production code and troubleshoot live systems. Hands-on Go and/or Python development; understanding of backend architecture and service Experience making architectural decisions in complex domains; quickly assimilates new areas.
