📋 Description Support cross-site value generation and harmonization in Operations Procurement. Partner with site and functional stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities with Drive tail spend optimization and catalog strategy expansion across sites. Enable adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working. Monitor project progress, benefits, risks, and dependencies for leadership. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, operations, or related field. Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. Experience with category management, spend optimization, or process improvement preferred.
