Non-Linguistic Quality Control Specialists

📋 Description Perform non-linguistic quality control of English translations for clinical, regulatory, and Review formatting, terminology, numerical data, dates, units, consistency, and compliance with Use CAT tools and QA software to identify and resolve formatting issues. Verify content from non-editable or handwritten sources and run formatting checks after conversion. Manage multiple small assignments with short turnaround times and high accuracy. Self-assign work, document quality findings, report discrepancies, and escalate risks when needed. 🎯 Requirements At least 6 months in language QA or similar localization QC role. Experience reviewing clinical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, or life sciences docs valued. Proficiency with CAT tools such as XTM, Trados, MemoQ, Phrase, or equivalent. Experience using QA tools including Xbench, Verifika, or CAT QA features. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word Track Changes and review workflows.
