Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer

📋 Description Maintain reliable VDI environments and provide advanced technical support Own incidents, monitor health, and collaborate with global teams Provide Level 2 support for AVD environments Monitor performance, availability, and user experience indicators Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes Automate improvements and participate in on-call rotation 🎯 Requirements Minimum 5 years in infrastructure support, cloud operations, or related roles Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or desktop virtualization tech Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory Experience with incident management, monitoring, and production support Experience with monitoring solutions and performance analysis Fluent English communication; Portuguese is a plus 🎁 Benefits 100% remote work model 12-month contract with potential extension Opportunity to work with global teams and enterprise tech Exposure to modern cloud infrastructure and virtualization Develop expertise in Azure, automation, and Microsoft tech Flexible collaboration in international environment
