Engineering Team Lead - Email Security (Imunify Email & Email Gateway)

📋 Description Lead and mentor a senior engineering team, supporting career growth and coaching. Translate product priorities into realistic plans and predictable release cycles. Own engineering quality, with testing, metrics, rollbacks and continuous improvement. Drive technical direction by reviewing architecture and design decisions. Maintain production reliability with SLOs, monitoring, and security practices. Hands-on involvement in design reviews, code reviews, debugging, and problem solving. 🎯 Requirements 5+ years as a software engineer, 2+ years leading teams or engineers. Experience delivering/operating distributed backend services. Strong Linux background with production code review skills. Hands-on Go and/or Python, backend architecture and reliability.
