📋 Description
- Lead integrated international launch plans for BridgeBio assets
- Govern Launch processes with Core Brand Teams and affiliates
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Marketing
- Define KPIs, milestones, and market readiness across priority markets
- Ensure timely risk identification and resolution to enable launches
- Partner with global and regional teams to optimize launch execution
🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS; MBA or related certification preferred
- 10+ years pharma/biotech with international/EMEA launches
- Proven cross-functional leadership and program management
- Strong relationships with Brand Leads and senior stakeholders
- Experience with launch excellence and governance frameworks
- Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI)
