IT Site Engineer & Local Security Officer

📋 Description

• IT site engineer for Lisbon Center of Excellence; support HQ staff
• Resolve local IT issues across hardware, OS, printers, meeting-room systems
• Support FDE deployments at Portuguese Air Force locations with secure laptops
• Troubleshoot Linux-based engineering workstations and local network
• Manage local user access (Okta) and Jira Service Management requests
• Collaborate on Class A office fit-out and secure-area readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on IT support in corporate/engineering env; FSO/Security Manager exposure
• Strong troubleshooting Windows/macOS/Linux
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with Google Workspace or M365, IAM (Okta), Jira Service Management
• Knowledge of physical security standards; ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2
• Experience with national clearance processes (GNS/ANS) and NATO frameworks
