📋 Description Lead research into robot foundation models and architectures. Develop data flywheels, scalable pipelines, and model evals. Collaborate with robotics teams to deploy real-world capabilities. Define agenda and strategy for MEGA robotics program. Publish results and contribute to Wayve’s scientific presence. Bridge research to practical robotic systems and demos. 🎯 Requirements Deep ML experience: vision-language models, robotics policies, or embodied AI. Experience with scalable multi-node training and large datasets. Strong publication record in top venues (ICML, NeurIPS, CVPR, etc.). Hands-on coding with modern ML frameworks. Ability to drive independent research while collaborating with engineering teams. Experience turning research into working systems or deployments. 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work in Sunnyvale, CA. Salary Range: $407,000 – $512,000 (USD) with equity. Core hours with flexible schedule and time in office.
