📋 Description Run the NA influencer & creator program end to end Keep it trackable with affiliate links, promo codes, and a scoring model Direct organic social across TikTok, Instagram & YouTube Build AI-native tooling to guide production Lead a small team and own the calendar and budget Own measurement: views, orders, and cost-per-view for influencers 🎯 Requirements 5+ years in social & influencer marketing; 2+ years owning a creator program Negotiated rates, contracts; defended spend with data Experience with affiliate tracking (CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or similar) Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube; Gen Z audience focus Fluent with AI production tools (Veo, Sora, Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs) Ability to pull reports and tell next steps 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work arrangement with regular office days US remote option outside Chicago area Opportunity to own an AI-native influencer program Collaborative marketing team & data-driven culture
