Order Management Specialist

📋 Description Manage orders across lifecycle with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics and Customer Services. Maintain accurate order data and back-order updates in business systems. Expedite overdue orders and resolve delivery issues promptly. Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and ETA accuracy. Support complex orders and continuous process improvements. Provide timely updates to internal and external customers. 🎯 Requirements Operational experience in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of order processing, supplier management or supply chain ops. Strong customer focus and ability to manage expectations. Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Process improvement mindset for accuracy and efficiency.
