Performance Engineer - Benchmarking

📋 Description Build and improve benchmarking, profiling, and load testing across cloud, DBs, end-to-end Design benchmark suites and workloads representing real-world usage. Establish baselines, regression detection, and measurement frameworks. Create workflows to turn benchmark data into actionable insights. Collaborate with DB, infra, and product teams to fix bottlenecks. Enable teams to run perf tests within development workflows. 🎯 Requirements Proven experience in performance engineering and benchmarking. Hands-on with benchmarking systems requiring reproducibility and accuracy. Strong systems knowledge: databases, storage, networking, cloud infra. Ability to analyze perf issues and propose practical solutions. Experience building tooling, automation, and measurement frameworks.
