📋 Description Lead strategic roadmap and end-to-end development of lending and financial products. Build new financial offerings from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Collaborate across business, finance, legal, operations, technology, credit, and risk. Translate market opportunities into scalable, compliant products balancing client value and Identify industry trends, regulatory developments, and client needs to drive innovation. Establish governance and reporting to monitor performance and opportunities for enhancement. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in financial services with lending, specialty finance, or product development. Experience building financial products from concept to commercialization. Strong financial product economics, pricing, profitability analysis, and risk frameworks. Understanding of credit risk, underwriting, pricing, collateralized lending, and portfolio Proven ability to drive complex initiatives across matrixed organizations with cross-functional Excellent analytical, modeling, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 🎁 Benefits Base salary range $175,000 - $225,000.
