📋 Description Lead fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers. Collaborate with offshore RSSs and RCs; coach teams. Drive recruitment lifecycle best practices and KPI achievement. Act as talent advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders. Navigate client needs with internal AGS COEs and shared services. Anticipate roadblocks and develop proactive solutions. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years end-to-end recruitment experience. Behavioral interview experience across roles. MSAs and SOWs understanding. Manage multiple searches and stakeholders. Strong analytics and data-to-action ability.
