Project Manager - Fire & Life Safety

📋 Description Manage a complex remote project in Saudi Arabia, focusing on fire protection and life safety. Lead a team of 3-6 engineers, supervisors, and designers; coordinate with clients and authorities. Ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with NFPA/IFC/IBC and GCC codes. Oversee design reviews, site inspections, and documentation for occupancy certificates. Develop fire protection strategies, calculations, and technical reports for management and clients. Uphold budget and schedule, identify issues, and propose corrective actions. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Fire & Life Safety or 15+ years of project experience from design to handover with approvals. Proven experience leading teams; proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Site experience in installation, commissioning, testing of fire protection and alarm systems. Experience reviewing sprinkler, standpipe, hydrant, smoke management, and related systems.
