📋 Description Lead the definition and integration of the holistic mission platform baseline across hardware Define end-to-end technical roadmaps for spacecraft platform families with Business Development and Establish standardized baselines for platforms (HW + SW + Ops) for MLSEs to inherit. Serve as strategic integration liaison with Hardware Chief Engineer, FSW Architect, GSW Architect Run system-level simulations and analyses to ensure budgets and performance meet platform specs. Maintain awareness of avionics and subsystem roadmaps to meet timelines for the platform baseline. 🎯 Requirements MS or higher in engineering with 8+ years in multidisciplinary environments (spacecraft exposure Experience moving orgs from custom projects to standardized, reusable architectures. Extensive experience in AI & T workflows and V&V strategies with agile constraints. Ability to align across senior, cross-functional stakeholders without direct reports. Deep understanding of space vehicle dynamics, fault management, and operating to meet SLAs. Proven history delivering complex, software-intensive systems with strong communication skills. 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $216,000 - $242,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.
