AI Ops Engineer (People Team)

📋 Description Build AI-powered People systems to help Lovable scale. Collaborate with the People team to identify problems and ship production-ready software. Develop AI-native products for hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, identity, and compliance. Own end-to-end product development from research to iteration. Shape internal tools that may become customer-facing capabilities. 🎯 Requirements Experience shipping production software handling sensitive data (HR tech, fintech, identity). Experience with people data, analytics platforms, or enterprise data infra (e.g., SQL, BigQuery Deep familiarity with HR/ATS platforms (HiBob, Ashby, Greenhouse, Workday). Design secure systems with RBAC and data permissioning. Strong product instincts and stakeholder management. Experience building products from scratch and taking to production.
