📋 Description Primary IT support contact for end-users; triage and prompt assistance. Diagnose and resolve Level 1 software/hardware issues. Onboard new staff by configuring equipment/software. Collaborate with workplace team to manage in-office tech needs. Own IT projects and enhance internal systems.
